The Circuit Ref

Name: Circuit
Gender: Male
Age: Unknown. Approximately 15-18
Species: Graffiti of an anthro wolf
Native Genre: Graffiti on a brick wall in New York made by a gangsta.
Manipulator: Spray paint can. You can move the nozel at the top to any color of the rainbow(includes black and white).

History: Circuit wasn't given a personality when created. He has a little code to himself: If not given a personality, you are like your creator. You are to act the same.
Thus, Circuit is/attempts to be a gansta. Alas, he has no gang and is not quite sure how to start one. He goes around causing trouble.
Using his manipulator, he made a portal to the other world. He's not really sure where it was, he just calls it that. Going through this portal made his genetics messed up, causing him randomly to change from quad to anthro and back again, though he still always has his hat. The Circuit made another portal, but this one went to the Medium.

Strengths:
-Cunning
-Quick thinking and fast on his feet
-If he dissolves, he can draw back his parts. It takes three hours to grow back. First, Circuit draws a new part on some concrete (ie: he sits down and where his leg is gone draws a leg where his would be if it hadn't dissolved) and then he must sit and not move his leg/arm/etc. for one hour. After this time period his leg has been connected but it is all floppy and waves around like a flag almost. Then, an hour after that, he has a full complete leg/arm/etc.!

Weaknesses:
-Water. Water makes him dissolve.
-Heights. When in high places, he presses down to the ground and will squeeze his eyes shut.
-When in quad form, he's pretty much useless. He can bite and tackle, yet not to a point where it cause much pain. And in this form he can't use his manipulator.

More about Circuit:
-He LOVES movies.
-Some tend to think he's gay, and gets called rude names like Sunny or Fruit. It's ironic because Circuit is homophobic.
-Circuit doesn't know to much about himself. He always tries to be some one else.
-He always wears his hat. ALWAYS.
-Circuit thinks he can do anything he wants. He titles himself 'the best of the best'. He's quite big headed.
-He's a kind guy, although selfish. Circuit would choose himself over others.
-Like anything in the world he does have a personality. And he is not a troublemaker or a gangster. He just pretends he is, though he still steals packs of gum and candy and sneaks into movies. He thinks he's all cool cause of this.
-Others think of Circuit as a freak. No one really likes him and just laugh at him for being a poser. Circuit just ignores this and goes on with his life as a faker.
-In his anthro form, Circuit is 5'5", but in quad form he is 33 in.

Phew. Got this done. This reference is kinda... different. I really like it though. :3 Sorry the history is kinda long.
So, what do you think? Think I should add more stuff?

EDIT: Edited after much thought. Geez, he's a lot like Xana... In my opinion, lol.
Edit x2: added height, thought it would help. I took the height of Justin Bieber.... It just looked like a reasonable height.
